It was in the setting of the Hotel Talleyrand in Paris, under the patronage of the American Embassy that the draw took place, in the presence of team leaders Philippe Guerdat and Robert Ridland, and Ambassador of this new competition created to create the legend, Christophe Ameeuw, CEO of EEM and Founder of the Longines Masters series Paris – Hongkong – New York.
The innocent hand of Salim Ejnaini has named the duels of the first historic edition of the Riders Masters Cup. This unique team competition presented by EEM, in collaboration with the EEF and with Longines as Founding Partner, will ignite the track of the Longines Masters of Paris Saturday at 8.30 pm.
The duels that will write the history of the 3rd edition of the Riders Masters Cup:
Taylor Alexander will be opposed to Edouardo Alvarez Aznar,
Edward Levy to McLain Ward,
Jessica Springsteen to Harry Charles,
Maikel Van der Vleuten to Laura Kraut,
Finally, Daniel Deusser and Lucas Porter will play the final match.
As a reminder, the Riders Masters Cup opposes two teams composed of five of the best riders and horses American and European, on a composition in two runs drawn by course designer Frank Rothenberger. For this third edition, which will undoubtedly combine performance, show and strategy, the composition of teams is entrusted to two characters familiar with the exercise: Robert Ridland for the United States and Philippe Guerdat for Europe.
