Emerald). Daniel Deusser, on the other hand, had some bad luck.

With his new addition Navarro from the Eelshof (bred by Jappelloup vh Dauwhof), team world champion Deusser went into the first round in command and the fastest time. And in the second round the two were again the fastest by far, but a net roller caused the new Dream Team to slip to third place. Nevertheless, they left a big mark.

The ten best pairs from round one were eligible to start in round two. The first starter, the Belgian Koen Verrecke, with his Merryweather vt Leeuwerikenhof (v. Emerald), showed right away how to ride the second course and took the lead with a time of 36.41 seconds. That was fast, but it was much faster. Henrik von Eckermann and his ten-year-old Belgian mare proved that. After only 34.81 flawless seconds, the two were in the finish and took the lead ahead of Koen Verrecke.,

Daniel Deusser, who had only taken over the 13-year-old stallion from Rik Hemeryck in the summer, was the last rider to get the chance to claim the victory. Still, the winner was awarded 26,375 euros in prize money. And the new duo, which already finished third in the main jump in Verona yesterday and jumped sixth last week at the Equita Masters in Lyon, really went for it. And the time of 34.47 seconds would have been enough – if only an oxer pole had not been rolled out of the regulations. So it was again third place for Deusser and the brown Belgian.

Paula de Boer-Schwarz and her reliable mare My Miss Marple OLD (v. Mylord Carthago) were just a little off the pace in the ranking. Both of them also managed to complete the first round without any errors, but unfortunately the time wasn’t good enough to make it into the top ten. That was a shame.

The whole result: HERE

Mit etwas Glück hat Henrik von Eckermann mit Qasirah van de Reistenhoek (v.
