The Summer auction of Youhorse.auction kicked off brightly on Tuesday, July 2. Not only are temperatures still climbing, but tension is also rising to a boiling point, as the auction wraps up tonight with a sizzling summer evening finale.

“The first night was a great warm-up, both literally and figuratively,” said organizer Mario Everse. “Buyers were able to strike excellent deals and secure some top-quality horses at attractive prices.”

With the summer sun still shining high, the second auction night of Youhorse.auction promises another thrilling climax: “We’re hoping to turn up the heat even more. Bidding is already going strong, but experience tells us the fiercest battles happen in the final minutes. The second part of the collection is truly special. In addition to talented sport horses, we’re also auctioning several foals, embryos, ponies and even an approved stallion. Take a look at our website. These are opportunities you won’t want to miss!”

Export takes center stage
The first auction night was all about export, with only two horses sold within the Netherlands and three to Belgium. Germany took the lead with seven purchases, including the five-year-old gelding Unako J&L Z (Untouchable x I Am Moerhoeve’s Star). Mares Calandiva Z (Colorit Z x Massimo) and Oh La La (Gitano x Carabas van de Wateringhoeve) will also be flying the German flag in the future.

As many as six horses are heading to Spain, while a buyer from Israel added three horses to his stables, including the four-year-old mare Vienna (Don’t Touch Tiji Hero x Indoctro II). The United Kingdom welcomed two promising four-year-olds: Gunner Z (Ganesh Hero Z x Chaman) and Replay Tren (Stargos VDL x Dobel van ’t Zorgvliet). Buyers from Hungary and Italy also took their chance, with acquisitions such as the three-year-old mare Candy Blue vh Rupelhof Z(Colorit Z x Aktion Pur Z) and Easter Funky EH Z (Emerald van ’t Ruytershof x Elvis ter Putte).
