On August 14, the last opportunity to collect points for the regional rankings was available. The ranking position on the list is decisive, depending on the national association, either alone or at least partially determining eligibility to compete in Münster.

The quota is based on the number of female amateur riders in the respective regional federation.
For riders on the ranking list who have already qualified for Münster via the ranking list or through other means, for example the state amateur championships or a FAB final, the next rider not yet qualified is placed after them. This also applies if a nomination is not made. There is a separate quota for the state association. Riders who have qualified for the German Amateur Championship are not allowed to participate in the German Amateur Championship and vice versa. An exception is made for riders who have qualified for both the DAC and the DAM. However, they must choose one of the two tours. Only riders who have qualified for both the DAC and the DAM are eligible to participate in the DAM or DAC. They are also only allowed to participate in one of the two tours.
