In August, Cassini (by Balou du Reventon Z) was still under the saddle of Oliver Berger; at the beginning of September, he was on the road for the first time with his new rider Maximilian Weishaupt – and this Sunday there was already the first big joint success: In the CSI3* Grand Prix over 1.50m in Gorla Minore, Maximilian Weishaupt and the ten-year-old Cassini finished second with a double zero, on the hundredth of a second simultaneously with Angelina Krausse-Herröder on Nimarek (by Numero Uno).
One was faster in the sprint: Emanuele Gaudiano also took the victory with a double zero and a good one second lead over Nikolaj de Music (v. Kannan), taking the largest share of the prize money.
Another two Germans managed to make it into the top eleven with flawless placings in the final round. While Ulrich Hensel and his partner Europa H (v. Escudo I) still delivered a zero and finished sixth, Simone Blum brought eight points from the final round with the eight-year-old Caja (v. Clarimo) and finished tenth.
