Daniel Deusser continues in Stuttgart where he just finished at the World Cup in Verona: A victory starts the next World Cup tournament for the 29th place in the FEI World Ranking on home soil in a great way. This time the 44-year-old had a really fast rocket under the saddle: The fox Bingo Ste Hermelle (v Number One d’Iso) and Deusser are very fast. In the CSI5* Bardusch Preis over 1.45m and two phases, the two showed all their routine and secured the Gold ribbon after a time of 26.08 seconds.
Second place with a time of 26.19 seconds went to Rodrigo Giesteira Almeida and GB Diamantina (by Diamant de Semilly) ahead of the Frenchman Roger Ives Bost and Giorgio de la Batia (by Ideal de la Loge). Sophie Hinners and the nine-year-old Lommers (by Carrera VDL) also made a great start, finishing fourth. Fifth place went to the home hero Michael Jung with Fischerheros Z (by Hotspot).
