They are the rising star pair of 2026: Britt Roth, the German U25 champion and German runner-up, and her successful horse Jeffrey 19. The 24-year-old from Rhineland-Palatinate found quick turns, took full risks and flew to victory at the DKB – Deutsche Kreditbank AG – Championship for the CASCO International GmbH honorary award.
In a highly interesting course, the 3-star S-class jumping competition was held in two rounds. The field included names like the Derby winner Marvin Jüngel, Toni Haßmann, Frederic Tillmann, Holger Wulschner and André Thieme. 20 rider-horse pairs reached the second round, of which 12 achieved a flawless round.
As the ninth rider, Britt Roth set a new record with her nine-year-old Holstein stallion with super-fast 45.91 seconds, which all subsequent rider-horse pairs could not beat despite strong rides. Closely behind her was Mohamad Mogheeth Alshehab on Saphir Z. The RFV Herrenberg rider secured a fantastic second place with a super-smooth round. Last Friday he already won team gold in the Baden-Württemberg team.
Third place went to Leonie Büttel with Jevenda ahead of Michael Kölz with Chaccons Rubin SR. The Saxon show jumper from the PSV Leisnig e.V. was the fastest in the first round and reached fourth place in the final. The local star can look back on a strong season, including victory in the international world ranking jumping competition in Krakow 2026. This means that the championship has remained in the hands of the Amazons for the fourth year in a row: in 2025 Kathrin Müller won the gold ribbon, in 2024 Christin Wascher and in 2023 Elisabeth Meyer.
